Northeast Shores Milestones
The efforts of Northeast Shores has resulted in over $25 million in neighborhood investment. Throughout the years, Northeast Shores has been an integral part of several neighborhood improvements. Here, we highlight several of those improvements through the organization's history.

| Arts Collinwood purchases the former Pat's Place Tavern on the corner of East 156th & Waterloo Rd. for an art gallery, class space and studio space. This building is now the anchor for the current arts initiative. Previously, the building had been Zele's Bar and Tower Auto Parts. | ||
