Our community works hard to make sure that even people without a lot of money can enjoy an incredible quality of life. We’ve done a lot over the years to help small businesses purchase their own spaces and to help people become homeowners – at price tags as low as $8,500!

But building up wealth shouldn’t be something that’s only reserved for property owners. Here in North Shore Collinwood, we’ve always trying to think about how we can spread prosperity in our community far and wide.

That’s why we’re partnering with Cornerstone Corporation for Shared Equity to launch something that our region has never seen before – a way for renters to have affordable and beautiful living space – and work space – and the opportunity to accumulate up to $10,000 in cash over 10 years.

We’re piloting the program in 15 affordable units in 3 buildings, and with spaces from $600 to $700 a month, they’re going fast!
