We’re piloting the program in 15 affordable units in 3 buildings, and with spaces from $600 to $700 a month, they’re going fast! And if that’s not enough, every single renter will have either a dedicated workspace – or storefront!
So yes, you get a high-end apartment, a place to make or sell work and the opportunity to accumulate some serious cash, all while building relationships with other creative entrepreneurs in the renter equity program. And how much does it all cost? $600 – $700 per month. No. Joke.
